The Chain Reaction
Born in Durham and raised in Creedmoor, North Carolina, Taylor Michelle McDaniel wants to place herself in the fashion and photography industry as a designer, stylist, and photographer. The purpose of her creativity is to have an endless direction for her art, her creativity doesn’t have a certain limit or style to it. Her work is done from a standpoint of just doing what she thinks looks right. As an artist, she wants the visual for her audience to see to different look and feeling of her pieces and designs. Going in another direction from the ordinary norms is how people notice her art and that drives her to create and style more pieces and designs. An artist always has their inspirations and motivations, for Taylor hers is Amanda Murray and Cameron Reed or known as “londongirlinnyc” and “cameronxreed” on Instagram. They are both New York based artists. Murray styles has no limits and Reed captures people in the most complex and subtle ways. Similar to Murray and Reed, McDaniel wants to combine minimalism, gothic, preppy, casual, bohemian, and many more styles and create those elements into one or multiple designs and capture those styles and designs herself through different lenses. Ultimately, McDaniel lives by her work not having any limits and doing whatever she wants with her creativity. To see more work follow McDaniel on Instagram at “_.taymichelle”!
